I just recieved this letter from the Burning Man Art Grant Comittee. This is only the first stop to get funding for my project there are many more organisations I can try.

The letter is as follows:

On behalf of the Burning Man Arts Grant Committee, I would like to thank you for submitting a proposal for our 2010 grant cycle. I'm sorry to tell you that your proposal for your project was not selected for funding this year. We received 271 proposals and regret that we are only able to fund a small portion of these.

We know that a great deal of thought went into preparing your submission and we commend you for this effort.

Thank you for your continuing dedication to your practice, and the best of luck with your artistic endeavors in the future.
We hope that you still consider creating art for the playa.
We look forward to seeing you in Black Rock City.
